I'm a product designer and design leader based in Austin, Texas. I've spent 20+ years working on complex products in fintech and enterprise, first as a hands-on designer, then leading teams and shaping design strategy. I care most about the work that happens before the pixels: understanding the real problem, making the right call under constraint, and building teams that can sustain great work without me in the room.
